Hi its been ages since I update this blog.....Looks who is having fun.....Its a rainy sunday on our way to BSRC swimming pool...but then it was hot and sunny when we reached BSRC...Syahmi joined us at last minute...

Guess who is afraid of dipping into the pool...."alai" realised there is a big yellow dolphine in the pool hahahahaha...so he was afraid it of it....
I was relaxing on the pool side and alai ends up being dry playing with the showers nearby the pool....

arrived bsrc by 1230pm...til 3pm
3pm set out to BSB from Seria BSRC ..the mall ..to do our routine 2 weekly activities at the Mall's game centre
set out back to Tutong buy 520pm to send "alai" and the maid home.
615pm set out to Qlap cinema to watch "Mall Cop" finished by 835pm
835pm dinner at Mamih
0920pm set out back to Tutong....

Today is just a day to rest my brain, eyes and body...how I wish I could just lay lazy in a bath tub and sleep in the jakuzi lol...
Anyway, lucky I dont have to travel by plane, I got worried with the weather nowadays, flash flood and landslide :(
So this week manage to go offshore on Monday(with my gastric) , did RCA on Intelligent Piging damage prior launching. And also the OFLM initiative ...
This week Salmiah come to join my team as OPM/161..at last a young blood to join my team.
So been coaching and giving her handover...
And...Also Awang from IT dept discuss on my Z8 implementation project....
And...SOS meeting with thte mangement..and way forward ...
And...CPEMA meeting on Hot Works on live facilities etc...I am writing the document as the current on is out of date and due for review...I am on page 28 already ...for over night ..focus..focus..but brain tired hahahaha

Hi everyone.....finally....I have a kitten...named Coco about nearly 2 months old...house trained and ready to be adopted.
She is mixed, so her fur is manageable...very playful and love to be kissed and hugged.

She loves to eat her cat biscuits and sleeps when she gets exhausted after a long day of playing around.
Need to watch out for any small items laying around..she would just toss and play around with it and I just remembered....I need to cut her nails..its sharp whenever she climbs anyone....

Todays presentation at HPLT -Root Cause Analysis RCA

Assalamualaikum all,

Today was quite a fun enjoying day...I presented an RCA on the leaking MOL pipeline to HP leader ship Team...
I love the challenge, and the practicality of executing action points...this is the first RCA that finished in a week...some of it takes 2 to 3 months to complete...
I am just impressed with the team lead who really get things together.
A curious question came from the HPLT..."How do you manage to get many participants in the RCA? and complete it with action items that fast?"

I answered that I have an effective team lead to facilitate.But one of the HPLT cut my words by..."Oh is not because of who's the facilitator!" I was glad that in a way they appreciate my effort.

End of the session...one of the HPLT wants a "one to one coaching" for RCA from me...hmm I could be a counsultant...hahahaha..

My staff concern "Aduiii kena ambil ASSET th bos kami ani krang...." hahahaha I am needed to the BSP asset and I am more than happy to embed the BSP72 & 71 management guidelines to the asset...

Hmmm and my vacant OPM/161 position...will have the interview session January 2009.

A friend keep saying...be strong and stronger and dont miss the opportunity...

December is quite a busy month to close out action items.
Summary of events:-
1) the farewell lunch for Paul Rijks OPM , 2 weeks ago on the 4thDec08
2) open resourcing for OPM/161, a position under me. so i've been receiving many queries from applicants...hmmm..I am not the only panel to decide who I would hire..closing date for OR is 15dec08.
3) Meet Alan from DamitWorley co. , for his service to document the reviewed document that I have been working on with the review panel throughout the asset unit.
4) Being one staff less...quite busy rearranging work before the new staff hired.
5) Ongioing review Job Description for my section.
6) Staff ranking done. This will effect basic salary of all staff.

7) Helped RCA for leaking pipeline at west.
8) Facilitate RCA for "Intrument Air NGCP - Gas supply to ROS,SCOT,CDU, NGCP"..will start actual session Jan 09 as per request fromDOP manager himself. Team lead I will facilitate is DOP/3
9) Many MJRs to be reviewed and published
10) Visited & worked with crew A ...Ap9
11) Bad weather...many trips canceled...
12) Facilitate RCA "Leaking MOL line".. Started the session, produced draft report , done no surprise meeting to POP manager himself. The Team lead I will facilitate is POP/2
13) Way forward for "Z8 Implementation In BSP" project...identified things to do..and agreed to complete by Q1 in DARAT asset.
14) MJR migration , OFLM and Management documentation trended in graph form for weekly highlights.
15) Start to attend asset unit LT(leadership Team) meeting.

16) Using Netmeeting to coach my focal point offshore..it was not easy...but managed...

17) Bought fishes for my pal. Hoping to have a kitten. heeee :)

I have always wondered that there would never be enough time to take a break, this time my boss is so considerate enough to give me extra days to destress before start work with a good team.
I am so greatful that I can spend my week end leisurely..indulging with food....hahahaha I need to watch my diet now...

My BSP OFFSHORE WEST activities

Its my passion to work SMART nowadays, I have to coach 3 staff to be able to lead,
might as well work ,work, work and keep my mind off those bad memories, those of loosing the ones I love( my babies)...owh I better stop being emotional.

My task is to EMBED..wow..embed the management system ...by documentation, engagements, coaching, ensure sustainability...etc... its an energetic task...but thats my KPI (key Performance Indicator).

I've read my job description...so I am implementing it. Fun, to explore the business top level view and to different levels.

Well...I miss doing my RCA (Root Cause Analysis), which ada jua me buang gian menolong my friend, it took them 2 days to do the RCA, while it took me only 30minutes..what do you expect...my RCA mentor teach me well.

I dont miss being a Production Chemist...I change my skill pool to Production & Maintenance also to Business Improvement. I aim to be a Business Improvement Engineer, world class...hmmm..its 5 yrs experience in my field now...and few assessments and demostrate success in projects etc..to earn 100units plus another 100units...hmmm thats what my Capability Coordinator told me for my career development...I have to join TOPPs for the sake of the certificate and exposure to Production skill pool. TOPPs is extra study.....on top of work...

Assalamualaikum beloved family,

At first day of Raya, I manage to meet beloved mum and others as shown in the picture.
I have NO raya mood since I cant be with my kids,coz it will hurt me and I will loose focus of being sane.
Then I'm off , escape from raya...I focus more to my work plans and I m looking forward to Monday..normal working day for me.
Apologies to all my families, I dont go out with you,thats because noone offer me and I know why, with my history background , Kamu Malu jalan with me, udah nasib badan.
So I am still back to survival mode regardless I am married or divorced...young or old....
I stick to my close friends and families to a certain aspect, I can feel and see their grims so might as well go off from them. Why make them feel uncomfortable?
Life goes on, noone there to share my tears...so why bother about what people think of me? They dont make my life "changed".
So no matter what it is in life, its all about respect and sincerity.......I respect my families reputation so I try to be less being seen out with them.
I prefer to be online and communicate. I guess I can be good at that.

Dear all,

I eventually get my hair cut by one of the geng (on Monday afternoon after work, sunnat)....nda sempat ke saloon..ramai orang, jem di jalan..aduiii mbari malas kan jalan puasa lagi.

Anyway...I cut 2/3 of my hair...and layered it...baik jua my fren memang pandai gunting rambut hahahaha...so just snapped short my wet hair on the first hand capturing of the hair style..hahahaha.

My Promotion to A New Job

Alhamdullillah...Today I received my promotion and transfer letter from my boss, stating that I am the "Management System Engineer" with indicator OPM/16.
I forsee the wide scope of work ahead of me, the challenges and deliveries.
My extra busy day starts already...management level people coming to me with improvements initiatives and changes. Well... lets take it one step at a time.
I would like to say thousand of appreciation and thank you to my:-
1) "master mentor" who mentored me with many obstacle along the way just because I am a "female" but Alhamdullilah....
2) beloved mother who understands my life and career,
3) also to my siblings and beloved families out there.

Their love are all I need to support and go on with this life ahead of me.

Fasting Month and Forum Workshop

Yip, its fasting month...the last thing people would plan is have an engagement forum...which I need to do ASAP to comply with few mandatory requirements.
It was at the seaview hotel conference today

I reached head office by 630am to download few items for the forum, reached the Seaview conference by 0730 to set up the place, pc , projector...lucky Suhaimy (regional HSE officer) came to assist me.

My first "War Room" ...fire fighting mode

I think I still have my brains intact...going offshore at last minute and as usual rushing to complete my objective before I miss my trip back to onshore...

This candid picture is taken without me knowing it..I was rushing before the weather gets bad 9which I end up wet in the rain)..I was inspecting the model number of the pump skid...some few things I need to do before the real team starts to do theirs. I m the "Kick Off for transition" project team (4 days to do it, Thursday till Sunday) I was given Monday for this(firefighting mode), so after managing my time for my planned task, I manage to squeeze Thursday till Sunday for this, sometime I cant believe myself. Manage to do my laundry sunday morning....then off to the war room with the kick off team.

So survived last week with a very tiring event, final meeting sunday by 830pm and ends 1030 pm before I go off with my planned task for Monday, today Tuesday... need to finish up this week and by next week its ramadhan and I planned to go offshore with the new contractors...uwaaaa slow sja lah....My partner at BSP just called me for a so called "news",hope its good news...I cant afford another bad news...its sooo tiring to handle.....I need a vacation.....

Just came to know the new contract has been awarded to "Champion Technology", I saw their adverts in the Bulletin wanting to recruit staff....it a 5 yrs contract and wow its gonna be a long task to synergize with them ,back to square one..I will be busy onsite again...hmmmm work never ends...I need a break now...uwaaaaa
Just got the heng of attending meeting and working with our Shell Malaysia in Miri Head Quarters...its more fun there..but travelling is soooo tiring. Didnt manage to get pictures I was so focus on the job and the driving part.

Hello family,

It triggers me that I was very occupied with work laterly (whole July),even my boss have to book me thru my free hours.
Found most of my collegue are mostly foreigners, Chinese and few Malay with the brains (ie not a gossiper, accept us for who/what we are and doesnt even bother on our private life)
Anything new? yeah I guess I started to walk on the treadmill this week just to start a balance life...
Our department had the HLP event for mid year...I coordinated it with a good sporty team. I was in the sun all day..a hot day, our games was basically water games, and everyone got the chance to be wet...I will try to post few pictures soon after my friend published them in our common drive.

I had only few hours of sleep each day..these left me with my stomach being hungry next day...so I feast well...and my close friend keep telling me to loose weight to ideal.
Hmmm so for August..I joined the AMWAY...because it has what it takes to loose weight in a healthy manner, by the way it will keep me busy with house meeting for the groups....so I guess you all can buy the products from me then hahahaha.
I have been working thru my weekends..going offshore etc...but with AMWAY wow just been in two of the house meeting....heeee takes my night time...but its interesting and fun!

Muara - KB Audit for TD Asset

7th till 9th July 2008 - Lead Auditor for TD asset...we have to cover Muara till KB area..the four of us...we call ourselves Fantastic Four Hero to do this last minute audit...it was a very tiring job...we split up to cover so many places...I cover Muara ,lucky I can bring along my HP so I can take picture unlikes any other places where I m allowed to take picture outside only....

Finished the audit with sweaty walks.....did wrap up till 1200noon...
Afternoon audit IM dept....hmmm in my coverall and sweaty smell hahahaha
Soooooo......I m still compiling the final audit report for the TD committee meeting this 14th July...I'm still at page 22 ...and I estimate a total of 8o above pages...my team just sent m their audit findings yesterday friday while I was Offshore at EAST area....
OK...gotta continue my report...I have to do a 2 hrs workshop tonite....

Shell MDS...

Weekend was the time for me to rest right? nope..I gotta do an induction at Shell MDS...a 5 hour drive from seria and acfross the border....quite a learning experience in terms of hunting for the industrial area...anyway..I was there weekend working till dawn...and left with just 3 hrs of sleep and then its breakfast and off back home ....another 6 hours of driving...arriving KB and then to mums place and bring her out for dinner..

Mum is all I have...I'lll make time for her.....my kids?It hurts...I rather not meet them for now...it really effect me if I do...They'll grow up and independant of the gaurdian...only then I will tell them my story...

During onsite...I manage to pose despite stress situation during the investigation....puuh

All in a day's work.....Just came back to normal onshore and its still hectic...
my daily activities is now by hours and people need to book me well ahead...
Plans for July....
Routine..focus on
a)PIM (Pipeline Integrity Monitoring)team - my role...team lead,coach,develop further skills in global FSR, CIRRAS III and SAP...(personnel involved = 60)
objectives...
1)to identify process
starting from the chemical contract strategy...organization, setup, planner,scheduler, executer and offshore/onshore WPSE team WEST,EAST,HP,DARAT and projects.
2) to develop any gaps of the above and execute change
3) to monitor progress of the above and highlites to the management team weekly
4) to synergise the above and creat common understanding and goals to the success of the PIM
5) to justify when require the manhours and resources to sustain the PIM.
6) By end of dec 08...to identify potential staff to handover my PIM leading role.

b) Production Chemistry Division(PCD) Maintenance and Improvement Project 2009-2013 (personnel involved = 7 management level)
my role= the project proposer, coach
1) To collect current baseline data from jan-jun 08, for a feasible study on cost , operational and asset study.
2) To ientify the current status of PCD on equipments,buildings, process and people development
3) Final report and sufficient data to justify cost allocation for the project estimate 6 to 8 million for a duration of 5 years from 2009-2013. And raise IRE (Internal Requesition of Expenditure) for AD (Asset Director) to approve.

c) HSE Focal Point Team for OPM (personnel involved = 9)
my role = team lead, coach...
1) Monthly team meeting and monitor OPM as a whole HSE Matrix to achieve full score card
2) To perform HSE Contractor's Forum at least 3 times per year
3) To perform HLP
4) To get global recognition as a team. DONE..the team ranked no:7, ie top 10 as HSE champions to achieve Goal Zero..award given 4thJuly by MD of BSP
5) To establish HRA

d) To assist and provide support in managing the Lab with 6 sections when relevant....yuck, done it..not challenging..

e) MIE Team ( OE & TR ) (6 staff) Globally Elite team to change and improve an organisation.
Just officially becomes the first local female to join this team, I was so speechless...and now I am very busy to the hour of the clock....each minute of my time is so precious...
many task has been done, one of them is the MIE website..Darren & me have completed a website for the team in just 3 days...so just imagine the work load ,sleepless days...
Prepardness of this coming engagement where the team will coordinate a workshop for key personnel in this project stage 2& 3.

Above is the picture which I have to get done in 15 minutes to submit the norminees for Brunei Shell ,Champion for HSE top list....so my bos Paul agreed that my team is nominated.
I was so exited that my HSE focal point team were chosen to participate. My boss did a good job in justifying why we were chosen to represent our department...my team members were so exited, we will then be participating against other HSE Champions from other departments.

HSE is defined as Health, Safety & Environment. ...11th June 08 is the Safety Day launch and we will then know the top 3 nominees as the first BSP HSE CHampion...Doa2 my team get the title...

So team.....lets do it with our hearts and mind...

"OPM GOAL ZERO WORKSHOP" time....13th May 2008

Goal Zero....Hosted by myself and my HSE Focal pOint Team and the OPMLT...fun but sooo tiring...I got there at 645am to get things ready..the PA system slides ..last minute check...

Registration starts at 730am,though we have the early birds who came at 7am....
Lisa, Hjh Abesah and Sainah at the registration desk..giving out the door gift...ie a pen.

A quick snap shot of the team while I was checking with them at the registration table...myself,Sainah,Christina and Norehsani...

Show is on...one of the OPMLT giving a short speech...

syndicate work .....there are 15 groups of 10 staff with a group leader....they all need to do a presentation..later in the workshop...

Those groups which finished are required to place their outcomes on the stages...I was the MC of the workshop..tiring but fun..I have to capture the learning events...role model...tips..etc...need to be spontaneous.

Finally a wrap up for the day....and my OPM HSE Focal Point Team lined up in front to say job well done in organising the workshop event....
There are so many learning points captured and demosntrated in the workshop...( a total of 150 staff attended).... I wrap up by saying ..."before...I do, because you say so" ie my superior...now I do, because you do...".....this means to let others comply , the leaders need to start off doing it first..and maintain it as role model...

My last speech..on behalf of the team..our apologies for any inconveniences and fouls...on my right is Md Syaiful ie my apprentice to the next OPM/6 HSE Focal Point(FP) and my right its Hj Abu Bakar OPM/5 HSE FP.

After lunch...130pm the team had a Post Motem of the events...I slot in the Monthly OPM HSE FP Team Meeting looking into the HSE Matrix updates...and operational issues in all OPM dept. that is stated as our KPI score card for 2008.
Also I slot in the quarterly HLP meeting and event for July. so we were all brainstorming....by the way we ordered pizza ...2 large pizza while we're at it.

I have done a close out audit or review report presentation that starts 2pm till 4pm today...wow nyanyah...nda ulah bah nyinta...

Unfortunately I was the only member presenting it to the PPA Leadership Team....so it was fun..but some was not impressed by looking at a female to do the close out where all gaps were identified and proposal required for correction...

It was mentally fun too...not to mentioned tired...so didnt take any pictures coz I was the presenter and running the show...

End of the day many action items to do...and not forgeting I require Zul to give me a 2 GB pendrive to transfer the reports and evidence from the review....because the data I have compiled is 1.41GB with 161 files and 3 folders...thats a 4 weeks job...

The Oil Lab team did a test on simulating the leak offshore that contributed to the incident at AP9 26thApril....interesting..its a design issue with the sump where its the weather which is now changing...I guess basic thinking is also required for design engineers...the story is yet under investigation and its still a hush hush......

Hi All,
Today is just fun....we had the 3 types of drill.....the fire drill is normal in oil and petroleum industry.
Trigger the response for our location ie must be less than 4 minutes to assemble at the assembly point while the Emergency response team(ERT)...rescue a dummy casualty..that is treated for first aid at safe zone....I got to assess our first aider to attend the casualty...impressive...they manage to be competence...and for new members of the ERT, they where given the chance to action on the chemical spill ...wow....lucky its a morning drill...didnt manage to get pictures since my hand we tied up..one with the radio one with my note for taking assessment notes for the first aider...hmmm overall its fun...

2006 memories - Meeting at Muscat Oman

Hi All,

I was doing some housekeeping with my folders and found few pictures....

The first picture was taken in Dubai after 4 transit to reach there...and we are awaiting next flight to Muscat Oman....met my best friend Soo Huang(she retires early Jan 2008 already...) Anyway, to Muscat to attend a five day meeting with the Shell Global LLT or Laboratory Leadership Team.....
Where I was the LLT focal point for Asia Pacific for owning the updates for methods and analysis for the global Shell OUs...
So Second picture is the whole team for Shell Global LLT.....only 5 focal points for whole Global Shell so its quite fun to be one of the wanted..heee but we keep having conference meeting on the phone line and it also happens 8 to 9 pm Brunei time....hmmmm
Third picture is my walk about at the night market..it was hot though they said its a bit cool at night.....hmmm
Anyway I was in my burka..inside I was wearing a long T shirt and jeans with sport shoesss ..cool.
My hotel room was 200USD per night...and I have a living room, an office with all the computer desk phone and fax...and a humungous bed....but a small toilet...my hotel was ground floor and beach view...it was a hot weather...and I spend most nights with the BSP company's lap top(ridiculously heavy to travel with).

Anyway the outcome from my meeting that year has been implemented..we had our 300,000USD for our LIMs and BSP website for Production Chemistry Division.

I like working in a team....productive and feasible..

This picture was found in my archieve....me & Mimi testing my web cam...heeee...so I like to share this with my blog to remind myself how much I miss my babies...The father wont allow me to meet them and its been since february 23rd...uwaaaaaaa kan gila rasanya called them up...sekajap2 ganya durang melayan me di phone line..coz mungkin di monitor....anyway..I miss them like crazy.........maybe oneday....the time will come where I can spend quality time with them....and they will know that I gave birth to them and take care of their welfare for 14 yrs....

Lucky its the National Holidays....the kids finally have time to be out with me.
Fetched Mimi and Hazim from Liang and bring them to Miri to swim. Syamim cant join us cause he needs to be on the national day celebration today...kesian....so need to plan out with him one of these days.
Yesterday upon arrival....we check in Park Everly Hotel...lucky...we chose the seaview room & I got the cooperate rate (at least there's discount)
Dinner at KFC, Imperial Shopping Mall, window shopping...and back to Hotel with Take aways...
We watch TV and EAT....the kids slept early looking forward to wake up early to swim.
So its me alone when they slept..so just update the blog...I can hear the entertainment at the hall.
By 800am the kids were awake and jumped to swim ....this gave me the chance to conquer the toilet..... =.=

Mimi as usual malu2 konon kan swimming...but eventually she got in the pool... :)

We had food food and more food to gain weight and fats before the end of 2007 ...so basically we were all banned for diet control that evening. :-(

Next on your left is a poster for the top eight contestant for the next Academic Feastia...beauties aren't they....specialised on housework and cookery...the "AF" event require the contestant to cook their specialties of the week for 3 months...with a cute handsome male models as their main subject...these model will be initially monitored based on weight, pants size and cubbiness..hehehe..The final contestant to achieve the most overweight and cutest male model after 3 months will win the first Academic Feastia Gloden Trophy and will be granted to be the most successful contestant to make real things happen..hahahahaha

On your right are the first four male models . Unfortunately, AF is short of another four models. And finally AF committee will have to disqualify four contestant due to this unforseen reason. Kesiiaaaan.... :-)

Our Hectic trip starts with Temburong stay over at the rest house 23rd Dec ie after we visited our beloved Babu di Temburong (Mama Hj Faisal), here we adapt to individual snoring tune.

Moved on to Lawas next day 24th Dec, of course we stopped at Terusan to eat brunch(breakfast lunch) eeewwwe and durians,durian and durian.....imagine I was toxified with durian burps in the car.
Finally.... reached Kinabalu Alpine Resort at around 0730pm did our wee wee and duuuh we were starving ....
after diner we went to night walks and chat,and get poisoned with snacks...a chance to gain weight heeee...anyway...to my info..some of them slept late...lepak2 di beranda.

At last we all prepare to go to KK City....and stay over one night at Promenade Apartment...did few snapshots of sexy dudes heeee...annoying tip is that our key holder does not read at door scanner...so we have to wait for the security to open the doors....

The cool part is that,theres 3 rooms and a kitchen and a living room....cool....friday night....it was rainning....so cool night...we ate home cooking foods..nasi goreng telur...with sayur cabbage n carrot bought from the gunung...heee

Day4 -> We were stuck at Terusan ferry que,Temburong que to Limbang...and we end up staying overnight at Mariner Inn Limbang...puuh...tired...we rushed to the lou at limbang imigration before that.
