Then set out to Gadong ..reached gadong by 1pm....
Around 545pm made Mimi's new Spectacle
By 630pm set back home...

Hi its been ages since I update this blog.....Looks who is having fun.....Its a rainy sunday on our way to BSRC swimming pool...but then it was hot and sunny when we reached BSRC...Syahmi joined us at last minute...
Guess who is afraid of dipping into the pool...."alai" realised there is a big yellow dolphine in the pool hahahahaha...so he was afraid it of it....
I was relaxing on the pool side and alai ends up being dry playing with the showers nearby the pool....
Event :-
arrived bsrc by 1230pm...til 3pm
3pm set out to BSB from Seria BSRC ..the mall ..to do our routine 2 weekly activities at the Mall's game centre
set out back to Tutong buy 520pm to send "alai" and the maid home.
615pm set out to Qlap cinema to watch "Mall Cop" finished by 835pm
835pm dinner at Mamih
0920pm set out back to Tutong....

Assalamualaikum,
Today is just a day to rest my brain, eyes and body...how I wish I could just lay lazy in a bath tub and sleep in the jakuzi lol...
Anyway, lucky I dont have to travel by plane, I got worried with the weather nowadays, flash flood and landslide :(
So this week manage to go offshore on Monday(with my gastric) , did RCA on Intelligent Piging damage prior launching. And also the OFLM initiative ...
This week Salmiah come to join my team as OPM/161..at last a young blood to join my team.
So been coaching and giving her handover...
And...Also Awang from IT dept discuss on my Z8 implementation project....
And...SOS meeting with thte mangement..and way forward ...
And...CPEMA meeting on Hot Works on live facilities etc...I am writing the document as the current on is out of date and due for review...I am on page 28 already ...for over night ..focus..focus..but brain tired hahahaha
Above is my baby picture.....I thought it might be worth to have it in my blog for future references hahaha....just reminded me how cute I was as a baby.

Hi everyone.....finally....I have a kitten...named Coco about nearly 2 months old...house trained and ready to be adopted.
She is mixed, so her fur is manageable...very playful and love to be kissed and hugged.
She loves to eat her cat biscuits and sleeps when she gets exhausted after a long day of playing around.
Need to watch out for any small items laying around..she would just toss and play around with it and I just remembered....I need to cut her nails..its sharp whenever she climbs anyone....

Today is friday..another hectic day ,
but manage to get my staff do housekeeping for the office space and our desks...
implementing clean desk and clear desk policy or best practice...
It soothe the eyes once done. And not bad at all...the picture above is a dummy...my real office space I need to take photo...
Todays presentation at HPLT -Root Cause Analysis RCA

Assalamualaikum all,
Today was quite a fun enjoying day...I presented an RCA on the leaking MOL pipeline to HP leader ship Team...
I love the challenge, and the practicality of executing action points...this is the first RCA that finished in a week...some of it takes 2 to 3 months to complete...
I am just impressed with the team lead who really get things together.
A curious question came from the HPLT..."How do you manage to get many participants in the RCA? and complete it with action items that fast?"
I answered that I have an effective team lead to facilitate.But one of the HPLT cut my words by..."Oh is not because of who's the facilitator!" I was glad that in a way they appreciate my effort.
End of the session...one of the HPLT wants a "one to one coaching" for RCA from me...hmm I could be a counsultant...hahahaha..
My staff concern "Aduiii kena ambil ASSET th bos kami ani krang...." hahahaha I am needed to the BSP asset and I am more than happy to embed the BSP72 & 71 management guidelines to the asset...
Hmmm and my vacant OPM/161 position...will have the interview session January 2009.
A friend keep saying...be strong and stronger and dont miss the opportunity...

Assalamualaikum family,
December is quite a busy month to close out action items.
Summary of events:-
1) the farewell lunch for Paul Rijks OPM , 2 weeks ago on the 4thDec08
2) open resourcing for OPM/161, a position under me. so i've been receiving many queries from applicants...hmmm..I am not the only panel to decide who I would hire..closing date for OR is 15dec08.
3) Meet Alan from DamitWorley co. , for his service to document the reviewed document that I have been working on with the review panel throughout the asset unit.
4) Being one staff less...quite busy rearranging work before the new staff hired.
5) Ongioing review Job Description for my section.
6) Staff ranking done. This will effect basic salary of all staff.
7) Helped RCA for leaking pipeline at west.
8) Facilitate RCA for "Intrument Air NGCP - Gas supply to ROS,SCOT,CDU, NGCP"..will start actual session Jan 09 as per request fromDOP manager himself. Team lead I will facilitate is DOP/3
9) Many MJRs to be reviewed and published
10) Visited & worked with crew A ...Ap9
11) Bad weather...many trips canceled...
12) Facilitate RCA "Leaking MOL line".. Started the session, produced draft report , done no surprise meeting to POP manager himself. The Team lead I will facilitate is POP/2
13) Way forward for "Z8 Implementation In BSP" project...identified things to do..and agreed to complete by Q1 in DARAT asset.
14) MJR migration , OFLM and Management documentation trended in graph form for weekly highlights.
15) Start to attend asset unit LT(leadership Team) meeting.
16) Using Netmeeting to coach my focal point offshore..it was not easy...but managed...
17) Bought fishes for my pal. Hoping to have a kitten. heeee :)
