Muara - KB Audit for TD Asset

7th till 9th July 2008 - Lead Auditor for TD asset...we have to cover Muara till KB area..the four of us...we call ourselves Fantastic Four Hero to do this last minute audit...it was a very tiring job...we split up to cover so many places...I cover Muara ,lucky I can bring along my HP so I can take picture unlikes any other places where I m allowed to take picture outside only....

Finished the audit with sweaty walks.....did wrap up till 1200noon...
Afternoon audit IM dept....hmmm in my coverall and sweaty smell hahahaha
Soooooo......I m still compiling the final audit report for the TD committee meeting this 14th July...I'm still at page 22 ...and I estimate a total of 8o above pages...my team just sent m their audit findings yesterday friday while I was Offshore at EAST area....
OK...gotta continue my report...I have to do a 2 hrs workshop tonite....

Its been a while since I blogged...hahahaha...very busy with my tasks...onshore and offshore team and I have to be there as and when relevant.And it seems that its all the time relevant...

Incident report....I was given as team lead to investigation.....above with Mahathir..West HSE adviser...
During onsite...I manage to pose despite stress situation during the investigation....puuh
In one of the facility.....with Peter...visiting Zain and Hema onsite...sempat lagi begambar...minjam camera FOS nda payah susah2 declare camera offshore ....
All in a day's work.....Just came back to normal onshore and its still hectic...
my daily activities is now by hours and people need to book me well ahead...
Plans for July....
Routine..focus on
a)PIM (Pipeline Integrity Monitoring)team - my role...team lead,coach,develop further skills in global FSR, CIRRAS III and SAP...(personnel involved = 60)
objectives...
1)to identify process
starting from the chemical contract strategy...organization, setup, planner,scheduler, executer and offshore/onshore WPSE team WEST,EAST,HP,DARAT and projects.
2) to develop any gaps of the above and execute change
3) to monitor progress of the above and highlites to the management team weekly
4) to synergise the above and creat common understanding and goals to the success of the PIM
5) to justify when require the manhours and resources to sustain the PIM.
6) By end of dec 08...to identify potential staff to handover my PIM leading role.
b) Production Chemistry Division(PCD) Maintenance and Improvement Project 2009-2013 (personnel involved = 7 management level)
my role= the project proposer, coach
1) To collect current baseline data from jan-jun 08, for a feasible study on cost , operational and asset study.
2) To ientify the current status of PCD on equipments,buildings, process and people development
3) Final report and sufficient data to justify cost allocation for the project estimate 6 to 8 million for a duration of 5 years from 2009-2013. And raise IRE (Internal Requesition of Expenditure) for AD (Asset Director) to approve.
c) HSE Focal Point Team for OPM (personnel involved = 9)
my role = team lead, coach...
1) Monthly team meeting and monitor OPM as a whole HSE Matrix to achieve full score card
2) To perform HSE Contractor's Forum at least 3 times per year
3) To perform HLP
4) To get global recognition as a team. DONE..the team ranked no:7, ie top 10 as HSE champions to achieve Goal Zero..award given 4thJuly by MD of BSP
5) To establish HRA
d) To assist and provide support in managing the Lab with 6 sections when relevant....yuck, done it..not challenging..
e) MIE Team ( OE & TR ) (6 staff) Globally Elite team to change and improve an organisation.
Just officially becomes the first local female to join this team, I was so speechless...and now I am very busy to the hour of the clock....each minute of my time is so precious...
many task has been done, one of them is the MIE website..Darren & me have completed a website for the team in just 3 days...so just imagine the work load ,sleepless days...
Prepardness of this coming engagement where the team will coordinate a workshop for key personnel in this project stage 2& 3.

1)Lead Auditor for audit this 7 till 9th July for TD asset...requires >3 site visits from KB to Anduki
2) Facilitator of up coming RCA session this 8th July in afternoon.
3) Management visit to CP-7 this 11July 08
4) Monthly visit to BSM muara Depot.July visit awaiting my free schedule.
5) Third week October, Audit for 2 weeks in BLNG
6) Incident Investigation
And the task keep coming......fun...need to manage my time and life..
gheee I need to distress, I need a break...hahahaha

Weekend was the time for me to rest right? nope..I gotta do an induction at Shell MDS...a 5 hour drive from seria and acfross the border....quite a learning experience in terms of hunting for the industrial area...anyway..I was there weekend working till dawn...and left with just 3 hrs of sleep and then its breakfast and off back home ....another 6 hours of driving...arriving KB and then to mums place and bring her out for dinner..
