"OPM GOAL ZERO WORKSHOP" time....13th May 2008

Goal Zero....Hosted by myself and my HSE Focal pOint Team and the OPMLT...fun but sooo tiring...I got there at 645am to get things ready..the PA system slides ..last minute check...
Registration starts at 730am,though we have the early birds who came at 7am....
Lisa, Hjh Abesah and Sainah at the registration desk..giving out the door gift...ie a pen.
A quick snap shot of the team while I was checking with them at the registration table...myself,Sainah,Christina and Norehsani...
Show is on...one of the OPMLT giving a short speech...
syndicate work .....there are 15 groups of 10 staff with a group leader....they all need to do a presentation..later in the workshop...
Those groups which finished are required to place their outcomes on the stages...I was the MC of the workshop..tiring but fun..I have to capture the learning events...role model...tips..etc...need to be spontaneous.
Finally a wrap up for the day....and my OPM HSE Focal Point Team lined up in front to say job well done in organising the workshop event....
There are so many learning points captured and demosntrated in the workshop...( a total of 150 staff attended).... I wrap up by saying ..."before...I do, because you say so" ie my superior...now I do, because you do...".....this means to let others comply , the leaders need to start off doing it first..and maintain it as role model...
My last speech..on behalf of the team..our apologies for any inconveniences and fouls...on my right is Md Syaiful ie my apprentice to the next OPM/6 HSE Focal Point(FP) and my right its Hj Abu Bakar OPM/5 HSE FP.
After lunch...130pm the team had a Post Motem of the events...I slot in the Monthly OPM HSE FP Team Meeting looking into the HSE Matrix updates...and operational issues in all OPM dept. that is stated as our KPI score card for 2008.
Also I slot in the quarterly HLP meeting and event for July. so we were all brainstorming....by the way we ordered pizza ...2 large pizza while we're at it.

Pg Md Sofian ..OPM/683..he is the HSE Officer..he helped a lot in fine tune the slides and contribute on IT part...yesterday we stayed up til 6pm at the Hall on the preparedness...

The Hall is rented and we really did make full use of the hall...we finished at 414pm...I had to reschedule my meeting at SMR KB to tomorrow afternoon ... tomorrow morning is my audit...work is my life I guess..thank you families for understanding and supporting my career...
