Fasting Month and Forum Workshop

Assalamualaikum all,

Yip, its fasting month...the last thing people would plan is have an engagement forum...which I need to do ASAP to comply with few mandatory requirements.
It was at the seaview hotel conference today


A total of 40 participants...and myself facilitating it...
I reached head office by 630am to download few items for the forum, reached the Seaview conference by 0730 to set up the place, pc , projector...lucky Suhaimy (regional HSE officer) came to assist me.
By 0800am registration till 0815

We finished by 1200hrs, below is the group pictures, 3 to 4 staff had to attend a meeting so were not in the photo.
It was quite an engagement .....hope next time its not fasting month.... :)
